Step aside Dallas Green & Leah Miller. Move to the left Elisha Cuthbert & Dion Phaneuf. Your time is over Scott Jones & Alex Thomas (the famous Vancouver kissing couple). There is a new Canadian Power Couple on the block: Avril Lavigne & Chad Kroeger (of Nickelback). Two of Canada’s most successful, and yet ridiculed, musicians have announced that they will be tying the knot. This announcement has garnered sincere congratulations from the few fans both artists have left. The other, more popular response, has been that of sarcasm and derision.
